OK. This morning me and Taylor woke up after she spent the night and the we went hiking with grandad and little boozer.....the dog. we went hiking up at the American for canyon at deer creek, right next to timp. cave. it was soooo pretty. i first decided that we should go on a day long hike.....but then i decided that i just wanted to go on a twenty minute hike so we went on a not to long one but not to short. And i guess i have really bad luck because i didn't get to see any moose...not even a squirrel or chipmunk and i still haven't seen a wild rabbit. So its a good thing the scenery was really pretty. But eventually we finally got to see something when Taylor almost stepped on a little green snake. Grandad said it was basking in the sun since it was sitting on a rock and not moving.Down below the snake, were the beaver dams in a big swampy area so i made grandad and Taylor come and see it with me to take some awesome pictures. Our shoes got kinda wet but it was so cool to take pictures on the dam. Then boozer got freaked out at something and was going crazy running back up the hill. So then we decided to head back. i was so freaked out...watch there was probably a bear in the bushes waiting to eat us! While on the trail i had to go through some bushes and there was this weird poky plant that stabbed me and it really hurt but it was weird because i started to get this weird rash on my arm (as you can see on the picture) but it finally went away after a little while. Taylor and i and boozer decided to run back down the trail which was super fun. We were all exhausted when we got to the car. We drove Taylor home because she had a voice lesson and i went home to take a nap and be a house bum for a little while. But then this crazy thing happened and Tutu called me outside to see something. Grandad had been working in the yard and found a huge green garter snake sitting on the steps. It was so cool. I cant see a stinking squirrel int he whole 5 days Ive been here and then i see 2 snakes in one day. I got some good pictures. Then Grandad got closer to him and scared him into the bushes. I will not be walking in the bushes anytime soon. So then i had dinner with tutu and grandad and then went downstairs to watch so you think you can dance with great grandma. Taylor finally came back and we watched a movie. so here we are now...still up......and hyper as can be. Tomorrow we are going to go shopping at park city which I'm really excited for. Until tomorrow......love your favorite person ever.

Pure Awesomeness

Awesome day today. So, Taylor stayed the night and last night, We woke up this morning and were bums around the house until we finally decided to make some breakfast. We ate pancakes and then started to get ready to go to the temple. We got all dressed and then Grandad took us over to the Temple to do baptisms for the dead around 10am. Just me and Taylor went and did about 4 confirmations and 8 baptisms. But let me tell you, they are fast. We were out of there by 10:30 and we walked back home. We didn't have any major plans for the day so we decided to be house bums and watch movies until we had to go to the Eclipse premiere tonight. So we ate and watched movies until it was time to go. Aunt Sherri drove me, Tutu, Taylor and a couple of Sherri's friends to Salt Lake for the showing at 8:30. We got there and there were tons of people. We had special assigned movie ticket seats. So we went to find our place and under ever seat there were cute scrapbook kits for everyone. Then they had people hosting it stand in the front and call out seat numbers for prizes. More than half the people there got stuff. Taylor won a twilight bottle. I didn't win, but it was crazy fun to watch. Then the movie started. It is the best one so far...by far the best. It was so good because Taylor Lautner is such a good Jacob. He made the moving so awesome!!! So much action too, so it was intense!! Ive already bragged to Becky about it. Shes a funny duck and is so excited too! So anyway, tomorrow we are gonna go hiking, if we ever wake up. Ok!!! Awesome day done.

Monday

Today was Monday. Taylor came back from California last night and so today was our first day together. After both waking up, we went to the movies together. We went and saw Knight and Day while Tutu and Grandad went to see Toy Story 3. Our movie was really funny and it was good. I laughed alot. Tutu and Grandad said that Toy Story was really funny and really fun. Taylor and I went to Kohls to look around for clothes while the grandparents finished their movie. I found some really cute shorts, a shirt, and shoes, that i loved and had to buy. So i did and saved so much money...more than i spent. So, then we went and ate lunch at In and Out Burger. It was so good and i knew dad would be jealous, so i took pictures and stuff. We went home, had some dinner, and then went to the amphatheatre concert. We watched the AF high school band play. They were really good. Meanwhile i unscrewed my jaw bone screw from my mouth and now theres a big whole in my mouth...yay! So we came home and decided that Taylor should stay the night because we are going to do baptisms for the dead tomorrow. So thats my day. Ill put pictures up tomorrow.

Sunday

Alrighty. So today was Sunday...again i slept in until around 10:30 am. Church wasn't until 2:00 in the afternoon so i had like 3 hours of time before we had to go. So, I made some breakfast and then Aunt Christine and Uncle Roy came over to visit grandma. I wish they brought Tiki but they were coming home from church. They stayed for a while until it was time for us to get ready to go to church.I wore my blue, green, and white flower dress. Grandma wanted to stay home and babysit me instead of going to church, and we just laughed. But she ended up going too. I told her if i could she could. I almost got out of going to class after sacrament meeting and sneak out with grandma but Tutu got me before i could sneak out. I think by the end of church i knew more people than Tutu and Grandad.I just love attention you know (haha sarcasm). But class was ok, i was the darkest one there!! yay! People are really white here. So we drove home and had dinner right away. A pot roast. We ate with Grandma too. Then grandad and i took Boozer for a walk in the park..we didn't see any rabbits ): like Grandad sees every other time he comes but of course not with me. Came home from a walk and then i passed out on the bed, again. That was pretty much my day, nothing too exciting but im having fun! But Taylor is back tonight and tomorrow we will call her and see what we wanna do. I cant wait.

Day 2 Saturday

Ok...so it was 2:00 am and i was sitting in bed reading and watching Get Smart on my Ipod... I could not sleep for the life of me. After the movie finished, i decided i should probably go to sleep or else i would be in bed the whole next day. 10:30 am and i woke up (even though i didn't want to) i knew i would waste a day if i didn't. I got ready and then Tutu wanted to take me to Target to pick up a few things. I didn't really have anything to get but i ended up buying a brush (since i forgot one), a couple of Fuze's, deodorant, some shampoo and conditioner (for EFY), and a movie (When in Rome). I was kinda scared to use my Debit card for the first time, but i did it! We got up to the counter and i had to swipe my card a couple times but i finally got it. And it asked me for cash back and i didn't know what to do, but i got $10 anyway. YAY! I did it! now i have $50 less....guess i shouldn't buy anything else for a while so i can save. Then i remembered dad and how he wished he were here just so he can eat at In and Out burger so we went to the drive through but it was too long and Tutu didn't want to wait...next time. So we came home and started to watch the world cup downstairs with Grandma. It was insane and then we lost. Uncle David and Patsy came over for the afternoon with their cute little dog who likes to lick alot (Kojo)..hes a Shorkie (Yorkie and Shih Tzu). Then we had some more unexpected guests and Uncle Ray came with his grand kids. We had a full house...I was stuck downstairs for a while till i got tired of listening to them talk and i quietly snuck away to go take a nap. Grandad cooked us some dinner and then we went hiking just us and Boozer (because we can hike here at 8:00 at night and its still daylight). I wanted to see some squirrels, rabbits, quail and stuff but we only saw a little bit of squirrels and like 2 quail. Disappointing....but in time. We saw the ducks at the pond and then came back home....tomorrow is church at 2:00pm (i am very not excited-that is so late). Anyway...talk to you tomorrow. :D Kea over and out...for now.

First Day

Well, i made it!! After flying on the most horrible and longest flight ever, i got to Utah. I left last night at 9:15, and arrived in Utah at 7:24 where Granddad came to meet me. I had a terrible seat partner who practically crammed me against the window. I was so mad and not to mention uncomfortable. I slept maybe 1 hour on the plane. So after i was picked up, we went to IHop for breakfast: YUM!! I got french toast and eggs. Then we drove home and i started to unpack, then i crashed on the couch After awaking, Tutu and I drove to Provo to meet up with Jansen and drop some of his stuff off. He is so TALL! I had to tippy toe to hug him. We picked him up and went to lunch together at Chuck A-Rama (buffet). It was really yummy. We dropped Jansen back off at his dorm and headed home. Granddad this whole time was working on his garden and i went out to watch him pull weeds and take some pictures. Its 4:30 here now, we are gonna probly eat soon, plan the rest of my time here, and then SLEEP!!!! I need it!
